" Mast Kalandar " shoot goes on & on : Milind Gawali

This film started many years ago by a very excellent producer called Mr Anand Kadam from Thana... his ambitious project casting big star like Ashok saraf, Mohan Joshi, Sudhir Joshi and unfortunately Sudhir kaka passed away after an heart attack... so many years this film was in the cans and didn't see the light of the day... and after many years Mr. Tanmay Sengupta took over the project and started asking dates from all the big stars replacing Anand Abhangkar for the remaining part of Late Sudhir Joshi... Recently shot for the film and before we could finish the film Mr Tanmay Sengupta had problem so the film is again halted....



Pappa had come on the set for few minutes while he was on his way to MithAsmi's second project " Manasvini " as the shooting was on the same day at madh Island.






I miss Sudhir Joshi very much as I had a great time on the set with him.

Pallav Subhash became very popular after this film as she play lead Balaji telefilms serials

After Ashok Karlekar this film is also been Directed by Mahesh Subedar.
Lets see finally who completes the film and when does this film travel through the projector on to the screen....... Destiny .......

What a film..... Great Story.... Great Performances....every thing about this film is nice.... and so was the response from the audience.....I was nominated best actor by these people who don't even consider these kind of film for awards.... such was the impact of the film........these kind of film happens.... it cannot be made.......Pitambar Kale the Director was at his best..... writer - Pratap Gangavne... he is really a good writer...he knows the rural audience like non-other writer..Performances were great...everyone ...Ashok Saraf, Pratiksha Lonkar, Shweta Shinde, Sadashiv Amrapurkar, Pradeep Kotmire.... I have seen the reaction of the audience.... Even Men cried loudly.... This was a story of every second house of Maharashtra.... People got associated with the film.... they saw themselve.....The credit also goes to Anna Deshpande and his kids, who were the producer of the film....

Indrajeet Arora a dear friend of Sanjeev Bhatacharya and me too. Sanjeev Seth ( handsome villian ) & Ravi Kolekar Sanjeev Loved to be loved by his Actors , he had a very deep emotional bonding with most of them, everyone of us have great memories of him.
