Super Hit film " Mahima Khandobacha "


Yes my film " Mahima Khandobacha " is a hit, released on the 15th August '08 at Prabhat talkies Poona, and the response from the audience was overwhelming, and I could see a my film becoming a hit, this film from the very beginning that is from the script level as very good, when Pratap Gangavne the film writer narrated the story I loved it instantly, and I knew the Director Manohar Sarvankar was good as I had done a telefilm many years ago and that too was good, and was looking forward to work we him.
Sameer Atle did the camera and he is as usual good, I have done lot of work with him including " Maratha Battalion " , "Devki " etc. Milind Save did the graphics and that too are the highlights of the film.




Working with Deepali is a pleasure, one of the best co-star anyone could ask for, very co-operative and so the scenes have come out to be the best.

the combination of this film was really nice, and the credit goes the the Director Manohar Sarvankar. He is really good at his job, he made the shooting atmosphere very healthy,
and so could extract excellent work for everyone , including the small girl who play our daughter
Comedy in the film by Vijay Chavan will make you roll and make your stomach ache laughing, Vijaymama at its best.



" Mahima Khandobacha " my favourite film of recent times, its value or money film, well made , interesting which gets you involved and makes you laugh . A procession was arranged from a Khandobha temple after the puja of the print to the theatre, I was part of it including my favourite yesteryear star Madhu Khambikar was also there in the prosession. we celebrated her birthday on the set and it was a surprise for her. one of the many memorable moments in this film
Sameer did is best in this film , he travelled with us to shoot 12 khandoba's barefoot, he, manohar sarvankar and pavaskar travelled 4000 kms barefoot.


fights in this film is also very good fight master Ravi Shinde did a great job.




really it was worth all the pain.

What a film..... Great Story.... Great Performances....every thing about this film is nice.... and so was the response from the audience.....I was nominated best actor by these people who don't even consider these kind of film for awards.... such was the impact of the film........these kind of film happens.... it cannot be made.......Pitambar Kale the Director was at his best..... writer - Pratap Gangavne... he is really a good writer...he knows the rural audience like non-other writer..Performances were great...everyone ...Ashok Saraf, Pratiksha Lonkar, Shweta Shinde, Sadashiv Amrapurkar, Pradeep Kotmire.... I have seen the reaction of the audience.... Even Men cried loudly.... This was a story of every second house of Maharashtra.... People got associated with the film.... they saw themselve.....The credit also goes to Anna Deshpande and his kids, who were the producer of the film....

1) Sudhir Pande who played my father. 2)Arif, Pari, Ninad, Resham, Suchita & me 3) Ballu, Sandy, Prashant, Ravi & me Paritosh Painter , me & Resham This entire group was close to Sanjeev, which had Shefali Chaya, Bharat Nerkar ( One of the best Cinematographer of India television ), Vijay ( best recordist famous for no dubbing when cordless were not in use). Indrajeet Arora a dear friend of Sanjeev Bhatacharya and me too. Sanjeev Seth ( handsome villian ) & Ravi Kolekar Sanjeev Loved to be loved by his Actors , he had a very deep emotional bonding with most of them, everyone of us have great memories of him.
