My friend Satish Bapat from Poona, who is also playing an important part in this film, sends me this news paper cutting which has come in Sakal & Loksatta। Satish plays one of the seven criminal, he plays the character Paskal, who is from Goa , drinks all the time, an alcoholic with a good heart, Paskal loves cooking but gets irritated with the increasing demand from all the other gang member, he has an emotional side also, this film has a beautiful emotional scene when Paskal gets the news of his fathers death, and here the sad cum hope song " tya pahatechi me vaat paahe " sung by Shankar Mahadevan

What a film..... Great Story.... Great Performances....every thing about this film is nice.... and so was the response from the audience.....I was nominated best actor by these people who don't even consider these kind of film for awards.... such was the impact of the film........these kind of film happens.... it cannot be made.......Pitambar Kale the Director was at his best..... writer - Pratap Gangavne... he is really a good writer...he knows the rural audience like non-other writer..Performances were great...everyone ...Ashok Saraf, Pratiksha Lonkar, Shweta Shinde, Sadashiv Amrapurkar, Pradeep Kotmire.... I have seen the reaction of the audience.... Even Men cried loudly.... This was a story of every second house of Maharashtra.... People got associated with the film.... they saw themselve.....The credit also goes to Anna Deshpande and his kids, who were the producer of the film....

Indrajeet Arora a dear friend of Sanjeev Bhatacharya and me too. Sanjeev Seth ( handsome villian ) & Ravi Kolekar Sanjeev Loved to be loved by his Actors , he had a very deep emotional bonding with most of them, everyone of us have great memories of him. I owe Campus to one friend and that is Kannan Iyer, before Campus I had done a Hindi film called Vartaman, where I met Kannan, and he was the decent of the lot, he had come from Delhi after the successful serial Fauji with Shahrukh Khan, and he called me one day and said let us go on the set of a new serial called Campus at St Xaviers school.
